Vortex
- Any flow possessing vorticity.
- Specifically a flow with closed streamlines or the idealized case in which all vorticity is concentrated in a vortex filament.
Can be seen as ′whisps′ of air coming from the top, outer edge of the rear wing in humid conditions.
