Nonpolar Molecule.

A molecule in which the center of positive charge and the center of negative charge coincide.

Examples of nonpolar molecules:
CCl4 and CO2

Examples of polar molecules:
CHCl3 and H2O.

Molecules not differing greatly in electronegativity are poorly soluble in water.
