Aqua Regia

A mixture of nitric and hydrochloric acids, usually 1:3 or 1:4 parts HNO₃ to HCl, used to dissolve gold. Also known as "Royal Water".

It is a highly corrosive liquid that will attack many substances unaffected by others.
